Thinking about making or buying an awareness bracelet for someone and you aren't sure about their wrist size? To measure someone's wrist, use a flexible tape measure and be sure to measure from just below the wrist bone. Hold the tape snuggly around the wrist. Add 1 to 1.25 inches to the measurement for an approximate size. As a guideline, a 7 is considered petite, 7.5 a size medium and 7.75 would be a large.
